The Jazzoffensive festival has established itself as a highlight of jazz music in Potsdam since 2015. Under the direction of Constanze Schliebs and Nicolas Schulze, fabrik Potsdam organises the festival every year with a new motto and top-class bands. The Jazzoffensive sees itself as an open and diverse festival for creative music that goes beyond the conventional boundaries of jazz. At the same time, the festival is intended to provide space and stimulus for networking and exchange. Jazz has opened up new possibilities for almost all other genres of music, from pop to folk, and the festival showcases the diversity of today's jazz music.
