Body-Mind Centering® (BMC) explores the anatomy and physiology of the body through movement and touch. It promotes awareness of the various body systems (bones, organs, muscles, fluids, etc.) in order to better integrate them. This develops a sensitive connection to the body. The body is explored in its poetic, imaginative and creative dimensions. The combination of anatomical knowledge and the perception of movement processes creates a dance that finds new sources and a lively play between body and mind with positive effects on the physical, emotional and psychological levels. With awareness of physical organization, experience and exploration of body systems and patterns of movement, options and choices are opened up. Habits are checked and are no longer compulsory. BMC invites you to acknowledge subjective experiences, to interact with others and to be in the world with awareness and clarity.
