Fancy dancing and staying fit? Desire to try new things and be creative? Want to meet new people and have fun? This course is aimed at all women and men over 55. It starts with light exercise training and leads to too small choreographic consequences. The focus of this course is the development of a creative dance process. Each participant has the opportunity to participate in the invention of new movement sequences. Different forms and styles from modern dance combine with music.
No prior knowledge or experience needed. Teaching in German.
