This course explores the important link between strength and flexibility and how these two elements work together. The course teaches the basics and tools to achieve your goals. It doesn't matter whether you are an active person looking to improve your performance or just want to feel stronger and more agile in everyday life. After a thorough warm-up, which prepares the body for training, the muscles are strengthened to build a stable and secure base. We then focus on flexibility exercises to increase range of motion and improve overall flexibility. These exercises may include dynamic stretching, static stretching or yoga-inspired poses. Variations and adaptations will be offered throughout the class to cater for different levels and ensure everyone gets the most out of the class.
