"Yoga is like music- the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life." (B.K.S. Iyengar)
The focus of this yoga class is the conscious and synchronized use of our breathing with movement and the connection of opposing qualities and energies: Stability and ease, concentration and release, dynamism and relaxation, strength and flexibility. Asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), philosophy and meditation form a holistic practice. Special attention is given to mindfulness in dealing with one's own body and precise anatomical alignment.
Creating space, in body and mind, creating a small bubble of time in which we meet ourselves and enjoy it!
The workshop takes place online via Zoom. You can register here.
