This workshop brings together different bodies, experiences and ways of moving. Participants explore movement together, arising from perception, play and exchange – regardless of physical abilities. Odile Seitz-Walser, dance teacher and dancer with a somatic approach, brings her many years of experience as a teacher of the Body-Mind Centering® body research method to conscious bodywork with children, families and adults, as well as people with disabilities. Lukas Schapp works continuously with the concept of infinite games in the context of ADD – Art du Déplacement (parkour) practice and alternative movement concepts. His approach serves as a social mindfulness practice that focuses on relationships, mutual perception and togetherness. Two movement backgrounds come together and open up new perspectives on moving together for everyone, supported by play, attention, mindful interaction and exchange.
