Odile Seitz-Walser creates a calm and protected setting in which babies and parents or accompanying adults can encounter one another in new ways. Through attentive observation of movement patterns as well as the children’s motor and emotional development, body awareness is deepened. New and long-forgotten forms of movement are playfully explored – both individually and through shared improvisation. Through movement, dance, and observation, with music and in silence, a field of experience emerges that strengthens attachment and non-verbal communication with one’s own child. The workshop is offered for two age groups (3–8 months and 9–18 months) and is specifically tailored to the particular developmental stages and needs of the children.
