This workshop is aimed at people who spend their everyday lives with small children. Through movement games and dance-based activities, Odile Seitz-Walser opens up new approaches to working with children of nursery age through movement. Perception, coordination, and communication can be experienced through the body. How do movement and dance strengthen self-confidence, creativity, and social skills? The workshop provides practical ideas that can be easily integrated into everyday life at nursery. Odile Seitz-Walser is a dance teacher and dancer with a somatic approach. The focus of her work is on conscious awareness of the body and allowing movement to arise from one's own feelings. In her teaching, she combines artistic practice with diverse experience in working with babies, children, and families.
