This workshop explores how bodies read, shape, and transform public space through movement. Work begins in the studio, observing differences between space and place, and developing simple movement scores. The practice then moves outdoors, guiding participants through streets and public areas of Potsdam to uncover the performative, spatial, and narrative potentials of location. Jason Corff is a researcher, choreographer, and teacher of improvisation and composition. His artistic research focuses on place-making and intersections between cartography and choreography.
