In this final workshop of the series, we weave together the experiences from all previous sessions. Skeleton, organs, fascia, and muscles enter into a lively dialogue and support effortless alignment from within.Through touch, movement, and visualization, we explore how these different systems influence and complement each other. This integration invites us to experience lightness, stability, and inner connectedness at the same time

This allows you to perceive and express your own inner self in a new way.
