In One More Thing, Israeli choreographer Adi Boutrous draws on rites of passage from East Africa, particularly from boy to adulthood. Swinging and watching each other, the dancers constantly question the relationship between masculinity, power, and cohesion. The piece creates a space for mutual support, in which the individual can show himself and surrender to other bodies, caught and supported by the group, with which he merges again – synchronously, individually and gently.
