With the Grand Bal Digital, the fabrik Potsdam celebrates its 30th anniversary and the project Lieber Tanz Potsdam! The artist twins deufert&plischke and the fabrik Potsdam jointly invite you to a dance party that will radiate into living rooms far beyond Potsdam. Favourite movements from Potsdam and around the world will be danced, and companions of the fabrik will perform their personal letters to dance – accompanied by live music from a DJ.
In the past months, a living archive full of multi-layered knowledge, memories and personal dance history has been created. In real encounters as well as virtual workshops or by post, the fabrik Potsdam collected love letters, favourite drawn movements, funny anecdotes, tangled life stories, travelogues and much more – all connected in their very personal and different relationship to dance, the body and movement.
Grab the kids, put the champagne on ice, put on your dancing clothes and let's go – everyone is invited to join in the celebration!
