Do you feel like dancing and staying fit, trying out new things and being creative? This course is aimed at all women and men aged 55 and over.
The class begins with a gentle warm-up to mobilise the body and prepare it for dancing. This is followed by the development of short choreographed sequences. Lola combines various forms of modern dance with a variety of musical styles.
On request, we can also focus specifically on individual physical priorities and ailments. Through dynamic movements, precise stretching exercises and mindful bodywork, we promote flexibility, balance, coordination and well-being – always whilst enjoying the exercise.
