Cantienica® training helps the body to tense up naturally and to find its way out of entrenched postural patterns or physical deficits. A prerequisite for successful change is not to confuse tension with strength. Instead, it is the pull and counter-pull of the deep muscles that bring the body into its inherent lightness and mobility. The very fine and extremely precise work in this method helps to get to know one's own body, to straighten up externally and internally and thus to stabilise oneself within.
IMPORTANT: A negative Corona test result (not older than 24 hours) or proof of vaccination or convalescence is required for participation in the course.
