Somatic practice in the morning - with somatic attention into the day ONLINE

with Odile Seitz (D/F)

29 Dec 2020Dance and movement

Behind warm caps, masks and clothes, our senses are muffled during this time. Caution, deliberation and perhaps even fear influence our perception. What experience of the world, what connection with our fellow human beings emerge? And how do we perceive ourselves?

"Erected between heaven and earth, the body is the filter through which man approaches the substance of the world and allows it to become his." With this sentence Daniel Lebreton, emphasises the importance of bodily experience in our connection to the world. These mornings are an invitation to explore with awareness the sense organs, as well as to awaken and move the body fluidly. How and what do we perceive when we start the day mindfully and in movement?

Odile Seitz is a dancer, Body-Mind Centering Practitioner and healing practitioner for Craniosacral Therapy. Through her many years of experience as a dancer, movement is a very familiar field that shapes both her educational and therapeutic work.
