Do you love dancing and want to present your work on a big stage?
fabrik Potsdam invites enthusiastic amateur dancers, semi-professionals of all ages, and experimental professionals to apply with a choreographic contribution of no more than 10 minutes—alone or in a team.
As a center for contemporary dance and movement art, our stage is open to a wide range of themes, dance styles, and forms. The focus is on your personal exploration of body, space, and movement, your individual approach to dance, and your willingness to experiment and take risks in trying new things.
ZwischenSpiel is not only about presenting pieces, but also about the mutual exchange among the performers, about choreographic and dance work and approach, the process, and physical research.
New: Want some support?
If you want, we can hook you up with a mentor for 2–3 rehearsals. This support can help with your rehearsal process, give you a valuable outside perspective on your piece, spark new ideas, and encourage mutual exchange.
