Contemporary

In this course body awareness will be developed, body and mind connected, the full possibilities of the body opened up and to express ourselves through movement learned. It will be listened to the music and add our own! Together they work on technique, improvisation skills (personal movement style), strength, coordination, movement qualities and active and conscious awareness. Acrobatic elements will be explored, dance combinations learned and the participants get inspired by crazy ideas.
