About Anne Lorenz
In 2023, Anne Lorenz founded the ‘ZusammenRaufen’ initiative in Potsdam.
She is trained in holistic bodywork, has worked as a yoga teacher, and has been practising dance and movement for many years. She, too, was familiar with the feeling of being stuck in old relationship patterns despite having gained a great deal of insight.
Through playful rough-and-tumble, she found a way to gradually get closer to her own strength, joy of play and light-heartedness – and to live them out.
In her subtle ‘rough-and-tumble’ workshops, she invites women to encounter themselves with greater vitality, clarity and courage.
