The movement material from the performance HERE WE ARE acts as the starting point for this workshop. Exercises and compositional elements used in the creative process will be shared. The focus lies on stillness and slowness, expansion and contraction of the body in space, and refinement and deepening of interpersonal relationships through attention and listening.
