Enough?!

Conversation in movement | with Dr. Anke Strauß & Sabine Chwalisz (Potsdam)

09 Sep 2022 | Kunst und Klima 2022Dance and movement

Enough?! is conceived as a meeting of dancers, researchers and any-body with a curious mind. From movement and the flow of thoughts, a practice is created that chooses the body as a starting point to open up new paths for what we have enough of. What do we have enough of? Do we have enough because we are tired of something? What do we have enough of but others don't? And what do we not have enough of? The workshop will look for new attitudes to everyday needs and wants: distinguishing and weighing between necessities and possibilities. Physical movement reflects our reactions, assessments and perceptions on a deep level. Impulses emerge from bodily intuition that allow us to discover joyful approaches to a sufficiency lifestyle.
Frugal, modest, sufficient, enough.
