This training course is aimed at teachers from all types of schools and subject areas who wish to integrate movement-based and creative approaches to art into their lessons. Following a guided tour of the exhibition ‘Symphony of Colours: Paul Signac and Neo-Impressionism’ at the Museum Barberini, participants will work with choreographer Adi Weinberg in the studio at fabrik Potsdam to develop their own movement and dance concepts. In doing so, they will learn practical methods for gaining a fresh perspective on works of art through movement and for encouraging pupils of all ages to engage creatively with the visual arts.
The workshop will be held in English; a translation into German that conveys the meaning is available at any time.
