AcroYoga combines acrobatic exercises with the mindfulness of yoga. The exercises are mainly practised in pairs (base and flyer).
Programme:
-Warm-up with yoga and partner exercises to establish initial contact
-Acrobatic flying: active AcroYoga positions (asanas) and flows
-Therapeutic flying: passive positions for relaxation
Through the exercises, you develop trust, balance, core strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, as well as dedication and the ability to let go.
There are no age restrictions and no prior experience is necessary. You can come on your own or with friends.

About me
My name is Maria, I’m from Greece and I’m a certified yoga teacher.
I’ve been practising yoga since 2016. Yoga has helped me to bring calm and serenity, as well as discipline and willpower, into my life. Between 2021 and 2023, I completed a Hatha Yoga teacher training course at Yoga Vidya in Berlin, and since then I have mainly been teaching Hatha Yoga in Potsdam, Nauen and Ketzin.
I find great joy in every class and am grateful to be able to share the benefits of a regular yoga practice for the body, mind and soul.
My aim is to support participants on their journey towards relaxation and inner balance, and to help them reduce stress and establish a deeper connection with themselves.
Since 2025, I have been running Acroyoga workshops for beginners.
