This workshop takes place at the weekend and is aimed at all generations of a family – as well as anyone who feels connected to a family. Children, parents, grandparents, bonus parents, step-siblings, friends and other important caregivers are equally welcome.
Within this hour, we invite you to move, play, dance and discover new ways of interacting with each other. The focus is on connection, mutual awareness and the joy of shared experience.
Movement games, simple dance prompts and small improvisations create a space in which closeness and independence have equal place. We explore how we can listen to each other – with our bodies, with our breath, with our attention. Different ages and experiences are seen as enriching.
The class offers lively moments full of energy as well as quiet phases of arrival and feeling. Everyone is welcome – regardless of age, experience or family constellation.
No previous knowledge is required. The decisive factor is the willingness to move together and share time with each other.
