Danced Memories
with Brit Rodemund
Tue 2 & Wed 3 Sep 2025 | 11:00–14:30

What does your body express – without saying a single word? In this workshop, we’ll dive into the memories we carry within us: in photos, in movements, in postures, gestures, and thoughts. We’ll invent movements and improvise with them: your material becomes our material – ready to be artistically transformed. With music, dance, creative tasks and plenty of space for your own expression, you’ll discover your personal movement language.

Shared Dynamics
with Caroline Alves & Martina Garbelli
Thu 4 Sep 2025 | 11:00–14:30

Caroline and Martina will share tools to help you connect creatively with others through dance. In partner work, we’ll explore how our decisions influence and support each other – and how we can dance with trust, flow and clarity. Through exercises, games, and improvisation, we’ll build confidence and communication between us.
By the end, a shared partner choreography will emerge from everything we’ve discovered together!

Contemporary Dance
with Giulia Del Balzi
Tue 2 – Thu 4 Sep 2025 | 15:00–16:30

Together with Giulia, you’ll explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance – from floorwork, dynamic movement phrases and smooth, acrobatic elements to creating a choreography. Invent your own movements and discover what feels good in your body. With curiosity, joy and groove, we’ll get moving together!
