JT 01: ZEITGENÖSSISCHER TANZ UND AKROBATIK (13+)

This workshop allows one to deepen awareness for the body, reach its full capability, and express oneself through movement. Participants will improve their technique, improvisation skills, and practise strength and coordination while exploring acrobatics and dancing combinations. Kostis Spyrou is a passionate dancer, dance educator, and choreographer. He is a member of the dance company golde g. in Cottbus, among others. He is interested in discovering the human body as an important instrument of communication and expression.
