The Workshop will take place on 3rd of march!
This workshop combines elements of classical and contemporary dance, a combination of contemporary, modern, lyrical jazz, ballet and neoclassical, to modern and neoclassical music.
After warming up the body, exercises for turns, jumps, adagio, kicks and floorwork follow, which flow into choreographies. The workshop ends with gentle stretching. Musicality, dance self-expression, individual interpretation and the power of one's own movement quality are further developed.
There is also room for improvisation and joint creation.
Adults of all ages are welcome.
From Aoril 8th we continue with Sarah Haack: every Monday from 20 to 21:30 in the Contemporary Ballet Fusion course.
Sarah Haack loves to create safe and creative spaces, whether as a choreographer, coach or facilitator.
Since the age of 4 she has been trained in ballet RAD, Modern Theater Dance + Tap ISTD, Jazz and Contemporary. This was followed by musical training and she was part of the ART OF JAZZ company.
In the last 17 years she has taught ballet, modern, tap, jazz and contemporary, worked with her competition teams, choreographed numerous contemporary dances for competitions, stage shows, cultural events and various solos for the entrance exams to dance colleges for her students.
She initiated and was involved in cultural & artistic projects. She has given various workshops and taught freelance for the last few years.
She is a trained Life & Team Coach and has developed her own Conscious Format - Mind Body & Soul Dance, in which improvisation and meditation flow together.
