What is truly important? What means more to us than money? Anton Chekhov's play The Cherry Orchard is about the inevitable loss of these immeasurable values and how all attempts to stop the destruction either fail or are not even attempted in the first place. The theatre collective Tarántula devours a giant of world literature and asks: Can the catastrophe we are living in be told as a comedy?
