MADANII (Berlin)

MADANII is a genre rebel who blurs boundaries. Deeply rooted in Persian culture and influenced by her childhood as the daughter of political refugees in Germany, she weaves rhythms, languages, politics, forms, and sounds into a new kind of musical and visual mosaic. In her music, MADANII tells her story of being different, of not belonging, and of being torn between cultures. Intergenerational dreams, political absurdities, and queer love - all this is reflected in a unique style that combines influences from avant-pop, alternative R&B, and trap.
