Hasenscheisse are an institution – for many years now, the Potsdam band has been criss-crossing the country, steadily growing their fan base with their unmistakable "trash ballads" from four albums. The "hares" tell imaginative stories in the finest Berlin dialect with their supposedly meaningless to pseudo-philosophical lyrics (which, however, often reveal a deeper meaning at second glance), which make you smile from time to time and ask yourself which twisted brain twist they could have sprung from. But there is little time to think about it: Hasenscheisse concerts are great entertainment, the music makes you want to dance, hits like Bernd am Grill, Die Waden eines Barden or Die nackte Elfe catch your ear immediately and encourage you to sing along.
