Body wisdom of Indian yoga - body positions (asanas) and sequences (e.g. the sun salutation), relaxation and meditation techniques are combined with dance. In short choreographies, musicality and rhythm are tried out playfully in the group.
The combination of yoga and dance promotes inner and outer mobility, strength and posture and leads to more composure and joy of movement. This creates an awareness of one's own body, balance and relaxation.
