Nina Pellegrino is a trained teacher of Kundalini Yoga. For many years she has used yoga as an opportunity to find inner strength and balance. "Teaching yoga is a challenging and at the same time fulfilling, creative and exciting task. I tune in to my course participants (their history, perspective, strengths, view of life and also limitations). I prepare the lessons and lead the yoga with a lot of mindfulness, deep yogic knowledge, and reflection of my own attitude towards life".
